Justice Manoj Misra was born on 2nd June 1965. He enrolled as an Advocate on December 12, 1988, and practiced in the Civil, Revenue, Criminal and Constitutional sides at the Allahabad High Court.

Known for his sharp intellect, meticulous understanding of the law, and unwavering commitment to justice, his Lordship was elevated as an Additional Judge of the Allahabad High Court on November 21, 2011. He subsequently took oath as a permanent Judge of the Allahabad High Court on August 6, 2013.

Recognizing his profound judicial acumen and contribution to Indian jurisprudence, he was elevated as a Judge of the Supreme Court of India on February 6, 2023.
